Planefurnish provides the limited remedies described in this policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Coverage and Timing

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your report must include clear photos of the product and the packaging.

What We May Offer as a Resolution
Depending on the situation and the information provided, we may offer one or more of the following, as applicable:

Replacement of the item (or the affected part, if applicable)

Exchange for the correct item (for wrong shipments)

Refund, once approved

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This policy does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care/handling instructions.

How to Make a Warranty/Issue Claim

Return Shipping for Covered Issues
For quality issues, wrong shipments, or transit damage, return shipping responsibility is seller-paid or handled case-by-case based on the situation and documentation.
