This Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations may be possible.

Requests Before Shipment
You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s current status (for example, if the order is already being processed or prepared for carrier pickup). If we are able to stop fulfillment, we will cancel the order accordingly.

Requests After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after shipment, please follow the Returns & Refund Policy (returns requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and non-returnable items).
