Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Orders $110 and above ship free. Orders under $110 have a flat $10 shipping fee.
When will my order ship?
Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
How long does delivery take after it ships?
After shipment, transit time is typically 3–5 business days.
What carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.
What is the order cutoff time?
6:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after that time may be handled on the next business day.
Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: You may request cancellation, but approval is not guaranteed and depends on order status.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process if applicable.
What is your return window?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How do refunds work?
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Non-quality returns: buyer pays return shipping.
Quality issues, wrong item shipped, or damage: seller pays or the issue is handled case-by-case depending on the situation and documentation.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review and determine the appropriate resolution.
Are taxes charged at checkout?
Product prices are tax-inclusive. We do not add additional tax at checkout.
